Job description

​

You’ll be tasked with delivering world leading customer service. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who have a problem.

  • Managing high of volume calls

  • Collecting and logging accurate information

  • Thinking out-of-the-box for solutions and provide options to the customer whilst keeping the integrity of policies and values

  • Multi-tasking, shifting effectively back and forth between multiple activities, applications and / or sources of information

  • Strive to always deliver first call resolution by setting the customers’ expectation

  • Analytically and critically identify the customers real issue and root cause and provide the most appropriate resolution

  • ​

Requirements:

​

  • Excellent written and verbal English communicationn skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Quiet environment- free of distractions and background noise

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously

  • Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails and/or chats

  • Communicate a variety of information to the customer

  • Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries

  • Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction

  • You have 1-2 year of customer service experience

  • You’re coachable and open to feedback

  • You’re personable with strong conversation etiquette

  • You’re a great communicator, both verbal and written

  • You like to win and consistently perform

  • Ability to type 30-35 wpm (data entry experience a plus)

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
